First, the technician was excellent. Very knowledgeable and shared knowledge so I could take on the minor upkeep myself. Technician was impeccable in keeping the site clean and devoid of spills. Overall very good to work with. My only complaint is they were not clear on the estimate. Was quoted an hourly rate, but charged for a suite of services. This increased the project cost by 200.00. They declined to honour their estimate.

I use their services to maintain my backup generator. They're always very punctual, flexible and do good thorough work. Sean replaced the block heater in our generator, he was very polite and professional and went out of his way to arrive early so I could go to a meeting on time at another site. I would recommend to anyone looking for backup generator services.
