Power Merchants Ltd. only employs the most worthy and dedicated staff into its fold of a Great Team. Not all that are hired fit that description long term. It's hard to service a boat on appointment day when it has water in the hull and is frozen hard enough to need more than a day to thaw, so please save unnecessary delays and ensure the water is drained before freeze-up. Power Merchants Ltd. will only do work that is authorized in advance by the customer, and it is known that in order to repair some things that some disassembly might be required. Broken stainless steel bolts are sometimes not simple removals. There's always two sides to every story, and we wish to Thank our customers for their support and consideration while we honor their wishes and business.,

Business Review As a former employee. I can accurately say this was a huge mistake on my part to work here. Can't judge the business side for customers but as a employee I was getting a hard time daily from the micromanagement. I understand you gotta take the heat for screw ups . But to be so knit picky so much about nonsensical things is nauseatingly intolerable by most folks. Co workers were about 80% of them great friendly people. Pay was awesome. Pizza lunches were great also and nice of the business. I just thought i would educate people with an honest review so they can decide if they do or don't want to work here. Because starting and shortly after quitting is a waste of time and effort for anyone. Wasn't worth it for me i can say . That is my honest full review (I really hate bad mouthing anyone or business but if i gave it higher ratings I would be lying to myself on my experience) Good luck PM and adios.
If i'm looking for service with a smile, any fast food or convenience store will suffice. If i'm looking for service from friends I can trust and who care about my recreational well being, provide community support, dedication and all within a comfortable atmosphere, I'm going to Power Merchants ...and I'll be the one smiling.
Good place, friendly and knowledgable staff, even able to find parts for my 30 year old bike, (that apparently never existed in Canada,) with relative ease.
Service was excellent , brought my Honda PXC 150 in for first service . Got it back same day would highly recommend the dealership to my family and friends. Over all experience 5 stars.
Absolutely terrible service. Sent my dirt bike in to get the Valves changed. Was quoted "an hour" on a Thursday before a long weekend. Didn't get the bike back until Tuesday after the long weekend and ran me 2 hours (250) plus 35 in "Shop Supplies". Tech did a Compression test and Leak-Down test declaring a serious problem with the bike before even doing the valves! I had measured the clearances notified the shop of their measurements before dropping the bike off. Of course I ended up paying for these extra tests as the Tech's steps were "reasonable" according to the manager. 5 days late, 6hrs of driving and 300 down the drain for a valve job that should have taken an hour and cost 150max. Totally disappointed, will never be back.
Very fine Team to be working with, looking after the needs of many many fine fun loving customers.
Was ok to bring my seadoo here but was scared i heard it got burnt 2 days after i picked up my machine. Real scary
