I have not received any mail in the past two weeks and have multiple important letters that should have arrived a week ago. I called the King st. location and they were very helpful. They told me that there are no service interruptions so there is no reason I should not have received mail for 2 weeks. They gave me the number for this office. I called this office to inquire 3 hours before close - no answer from supervisor, no option to leave a message, and the customer service line tells you to hang up and call a different number. The King st. location warned me that the supervisor may be out and I will have to try again on Monday.
