I live here. Great well run 24 unit, condominium complex. Modest fees. Financially sound Reserve fund. Units are 2k ft sq each single car garage. 3-4 Bd room layouts. Summer “resort” pool. Limited visitor parking. Snow clearing included. Nice gardens. Nice neighbours. Close to Beach, restaurants, bars, shopping. Lots of nice local walks and walking. Summer theatre. Most times we only start our car once a week. Lots of nature, birds, deer, critters. Check Google earth. “Sorry” this review is for Lakeview Condominiums @ 375 Edith Cavell Blvd Port Stanley N5L1J9.

I can't really provide an accurate rating on this place as I was only there to do some repairs in one unit. But from my observation the units are clean and well maintained. They rarely have a vacancy at the complex I was at so it must be a decent place to live.
