Horrible branch! You would think that coming from a close knit community they would have more of a personable approach which is a spit to the towns core values. They are not solution oriented to the issues that customers face. I've dealt with other TD branches before and they far exceed the service here which include solving issues and finding creative solutions within their processes. They lack guidance in COVID protocols expecting people to figure out their expectations. Other branches have clear indication of where to be based on specific floor markers. The associates here are rude and lack fundamental understanding of banking. They need more training or close this branch or replace it with multiple ATMs. It would probably enhance the customer experience better than dealing with them.

This is my bank and I love going there... everyone is very friendly and helpful. It is right on the main street. You can do your banking by ATM or you can choose to see a teller. It is a small bank so I think, during these times of COVID it makes it easier to control the number of people entering Even though they are a small bank they offer a full range of services. There is a lot of available parking and wheelchair parking is available on the street. There is also a wheelchair entrance. I recommend them highly.
Waited at a Teller for 45 minutes only to learn I needed to book an appointment to reactivate my account. Waste of my time - I hate going into the branch. Meanwhile she made me repay 48 fees for the past 2 months - yes - on the same account she said was not active. Goodbye TD.
Just incompetent staff. Went in for a loan and got misinformation from two different people. Then had issues with an account that was easily figured out at a different branch. Switching to a new bank, it's been five years too long with this. Bad customer service and even worse account services. I always left feeling more confused then when I went in, and that's ridiculous. I get clearer information at any other branch or bank. This one is awful. Spare yourself the stress and frustration.
Never had a problem at this branch. Staff are the best! They have come through for me on multiple occasions where other branchs fail.
