WoW ... Bought our Rotospa almost three years ago from Port Perry Pool & Spa and paid less than expected and the service was way more than expected. Today we had a problem and we couldn't get anyone in our area (Newmarket) to give us service. The owner of Port Perry Pool & Spa is travelling one hour to help us out and work in the freezing temperature. In over 40 years of marriage we have NEVER seen such dedication and service. Blessings!
We had a new liner put in last year and new parts for our Hot Tub. Great customer service and i would highly recommend Lake to anyone. We will call no one else. Pool or hot tub service.
