Called here this morning to ask if they had a part in stock. Guy who answered the phone was extremely rude... won’t be shopping here ever.
John is very rude despite calling me back all frustrated. No patience what so ever. Sounds like he's on steroids or hormone treatment. Asking what I'm calling him for after elaborating on what I'm getting done to my vehicle. Someone get this guy a protein bar... Never shopping here. Glad I called first
Took a picture in of my Service Parts identification to order paint because the codes found in on that sticker. Was advised by Peterborough location this is what I needed to do. Went to Port Perry Napa because it's closer for travel this week. Guy working tells us oh you need to figure out where the code is I don't know which one it is. .........why is one location telling me to do this and they will be able to order and another guy who works at the paint counter doesn't know what he's looking for. That's great customer service.
