Ordered takeout online and when I went after the half hour the online system said it would take, I was told that my order was missed. I understand mistakes happen, but the apology was half-hearted and the woman helping took her mask off to tell me. Why does an explanation require you to take your mask off?! Their solution was that I continue to wait and get 20% off which I would have gotten anyway by paying cash and ordering online. All in all this was a crummy experience.

I had a truly terrible experience here. We ordered at 4:30 for a 6:30 pick up. I arrived at 6:25 and still had to wait over half an hour for my food. If I hadn't paid upon entry I'd had left. They're also clearly disregarding public health measures. They were having discussions about if they could seat more people in the eat in area but continued to allow people to sit for eat in service beyond the capacity. Then, a guest came and seating himself in the take out area, taking off his mask and being served a beer immediately next to where 10 masked guests were waiting for their meals. Although there were empty tables in the dining area, surrounded by plexi for guest safety, no servers asked him to move to a more secluded area, and we all had to wait while he sat maskless right next to us. Under no circumstance will I ever return to this establishment. This restaurant is putting the health of their patrons at risk.

Improvement from last time I was there. Still under Covid rules, but place was clean, service quick and polite. I enjoyed it.
