This is an amazing artisan ice cream shop. I drove all the way from White Rock to get their vegan ice cream. It was well worth the drive!! They have the most amazing vegan ice cream in the lower mainland. They also have many gluten free options. Everything here is made with the best ingredients. The staff was very friendly. We were able to buy pints of the different ice creams to take home. I definitely recommend this place.

This was an incredible icecream experience. Our friends recommended this to us to check out, so we did. Well worth the drive. The store currently only allows single groups in at one time to COVID safe. Well worth the wait as this icecream is next level. I got the Chocolate Peanutbutter and Maple Walnut. Super tasty, it was even cooler to find out that they make all the flavours in house.
Tried Vashti Rose for the first time this past summer and can now say my boyfriend and I are hooked/obsessed. We've tried probably 10 flavours! They have a great variety of flavours that are always changing. Our favourites are Raspberry Cheesecake and Sticky Toffee Pudding Cheesecake (we love ice creams with good chunks in them).
My boyfriend and I drove all the way from surrey to try their ice cream and they didn’t disappoint! Amazing ice cream... omg! Customer service was excellent and great vibe! Great value to, big scoops! We will be back again... a must try for ice cream lover :)
It was our first visit to Vashti Rose Ice Cream and our minds are blown. They have lots of different delicious flavors and even have GF/Vegan options. You can also buy your favorite flavors in pints so that you can take home and enjoy later. The staff was extremely friendly and so helpful. This will definitely be our go to place for ice cream now! Hands down the best!!! Highly recommend! Thank you again for having GF/Vegan options for us!!!
