Superior customer service skills. Chad is friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. He made it easy to buy a safe specific to my needs. These guys were great. Great advice around what was suitable for my needs and definitely showed value for the money spent. They delivered and placed the safe and were extremely careful at our home. They were very friendly and professional. 100% recommend.
A real professional with regards to getting your safe into a residential home. Chad was prompt in his response, and timely. Also paid extreme attention to safety and detail given the fact that our installation was a tight fit.

chad, the owner of vancouver safes, was super helpful and super generous with his time with us. we didn't actually step foot in the store... he helped us with what we needed by email, not asking for any remuneration for his time or efforts. we had an old safe in storage that we couldn't get open, he got in touch with the safe manufacturer and helped us online, fabulous help and saved us time and money!! that can only bode well for those who actually deal with him personally. i give 7 stars, even if the scale only goes to 5. )
