My fiancee and I will soon be moving to the area, buying our first home together, so we needed to set up some joint bank accounts for the mortgage and various household expenses. There were a number of home related things we needed to do during the week, and I made appointments for basically everything- everything but this. When we showed up we were initially told we would need to make an appointment and come back the next day, but within a couple of minutes we were told Bifa would be able to help us. Over the next hour or so Bifa went through all of our account options, got everything set up and a bank card created. Excellent service and well explained products. Hopefully a great start to a long relationship.

This is now happened to me at three branches. Rude staff. Deposting items and taking flack from staff. Arre you kidding me? You're a bank. You will be losing our corporate business very soon. That much I can guarantee you. No change. Abysmal service.
