AWFUL experience. Not only did the cleaners show up a half hour late, but they failed to clean what I had asked for (very basic stuff) and I got charged by my landlord for it, as I was moving out. When trying to bring this matter up with the company, they refused to refund my money. I had paid for 2 hours, they worked 1.5 hours having arrived late, the cleaners were very odd - one of them washed a hardwood floor that I hadn't asked for and wasn't meant to be washed with water - which then was wet for the movers coming in to move furniture... just crazy stuff. These guys are con artists!

Called for a last minute Thanksgiving clean. My schedule was crazy and they were kind enough to fit me in last minute. The two women who showed up were polite and professional. I was working all day and when I came upstairs to check the work they had done (I have a home office) my house was immaculate! They even wiped down the doors! Who does that? They do! It made my life so much easier to get ready for my dinner party. I will definitely have them back. Payment system was easy and affordable. Great job!

They do their job at least fairly averagely well, but as others have mentioned they do not take responsibility for damaged items. I had a small vase that was broken and actually found the pieces in the garbage, after they had left and they did not inform me it was broken. It was a cheap vase and I don't care much for it, but it's very unprofessional to not say anything. Mistakes happen, it's understandable. I wouldn't have cared if they had just told me. But after that, I'm unlikely to ever use their services again.
i worked for this company , they re use mop pads for different homes , rip off the employees and the owner was charged with assault
