Such a nice place to come visit year round. I have not been here swimming so I don’t know how warm the water gets. The trails along this lake are so nice. Many little spots along the way to stop for a picnic.

Very peaceful place with some really good trails.
This is easily one of the most beautiful locations so close to Vancouver. I chose to take my girlfriend here on a whim and had never been before. The paths are well kept, it's quiet and calm, there are lots of garbages and bathrooms, and the distance around the lake is the perfect amount for a nice afternoon nature walk. From it's smooth sandy beaches, clear crisp water, and tall beautiful trees... I highly recommend visiting this gem.
