I researched Toyota dealers and OpenRoad Toyota Port Moody was highly rated for customer service so they were my first choice. Marin was very attentive and respectful to my questions and inquiries into the Highlander and we were able to figure out what trim package was the best for my needs. Negotiating was not stressful and I received an excellent deal on a new vehicle and a generous trade-in allowance for my old van. Everyone at the dealership was bright, cheerful and knowledgeable. All of the accessories were installed at the time of delivery and the entire experience was very pleasant. I highly recommend this dealership.

I had to sort out a snow tire issue for our new Rav 4, and Daniel was very efficient and helpful.
