Reynaldo was extremely kind and informative and was extremely patient as I was translating for my mom. They explained things in a very concise and gentle manner and was very informative. It didn't feel like they were pressuring us into one decision and gave us a variety of options to explore. At then end of the session, we decided to purchase insoles and come back for some at home slippers. It felt as if they had our best intentions at heart and was so helpful and kind from the start to the end of the session. We can't wait to pick up our insoles and look forward to speaking with them again soon! It was also very easy to make an appointment online and I was glad that they sent reminders for our appointment. Reynaldo disinfected all surfaces and made us feel safe during the entire appointment process.

Wow ! Maddy was INCREDIBLE! I had no idea what I needed and was overwhelmed with options before seeing her. Once in the store she was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable, never made me feel rushed like in some shoe stores and she helped me find the perfect shoe for what I was using them for. The scans and treadmill analysis was very impressive and gave so much data I never would have known about my feet. I love the way she described it so that I could understand everything ! After the scan she gave me her top two recommendations for my needs (both amazing) and we both agreed the ASICS were the best for me ! I used to get foot, calf and knee pains before these, but since getting these shoes I completed a May 100km running challenge by doing 213km !!!! I’ve never done that in my life. Thank you Maddy for the great customer service and that beautiful smile !! I’ll definitely be coming back for more items (love my running hat and water bottle too!)
I had my first consultation with Ermin in the Port Moody Location, everything went great, he took the time to listen to what was wrong and explained how he was going to help. Got a great pair of Off Loading Shoes during this visit to help minimize any further damage to my feet. 2 weeks later i went back in to pick up my orthotics and get them adjusted and Ermin took the time to carefully adjust them. I couldn't be any happier. Thanks Ermin
Carly was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I have wide feet and have struggled for years to find the right shoe and fit. Carly took her time to explain what shoes would work best for my feet. She was patient as I tried on various shoes, made sure I was comfortable with what I was trying on and in the end, helped me find the most comfortable shoe I have ever had.
