Really professional body & paint work done by this team at the Craftsman Port Moody location. My 27 year old Suzuki Jimny had a lot of body dings & paint aberrations that needed skilled work to bring back the finish to near new condition. Mike & Kai took the time and effort to do the job better than expected, going as far as researching for the old paint codes to get the exact original metallic red colour for the spray finish. Thanks guys!

Overall a great place to visit for collision claims. I dealt with them twice, first time they lost my insurance papers and denied it.. 2nd time they were correct on estimates and call backs. I think they do mid-high range quality of work.

Went it for an ICBC claim and thought they have a good name with good service and value. The Assistant Manager, Dennis Umanksy, is a very unprofessional and rude Assistant Manager in any workplace I have ever met. Full Story: Came in with my car and he basically concluded that it would be a total loss. He took some pictures and pretty much nothing else, with the assumption that it will be a total loss (judging by how junky and old my car was). Got a call from ICBC and surprise! my car will be repaired. Then, came back to this shop with hopes that my baby car will be repaired... Talked to the Manager (who is more professional) about the damage in my car and surprise! Dennis did not assess my car properly - he did not see the major and obvious damage that happened inside my trunk. The manager was nice enough to give me a courtesy car while I wait for the decision, because my car's muffler sounded really weird and the brake light was on (which Dennis did not assess as well). End of story, got the final decision that it's a total loss and I got haunted EVERY SINGLE DAY by Dennis's phone calls to return the courtesy car at office hours while I was working... What a painful experience for me to go back and forth to this place to deal with this error from him, that he is probably still proud of. I've spread the words and I should've gone to other places. Awful awful experience with this shop!
