About the best Italian pastries I’ve had since being in Italy itself. The cannolis are particularly exceptional.

The baked goods are great but some of the staff (really one in particular) are horrendous. The wait times can be long, and sometimes the staff aren't the most efficient but overall it's understandable given the demand. I live nearby and frequent the local shops often and it's usually a nice part of my day. It's great building relationships with the small businesses in Newport Village. However, after repeatedly facing the chilling attitude of one of the main staff here I will not be returning. One of their main staff has the most bizarre attitude and I never know if she's going to rave about what a beautiful day it is or stare me down and scold me as I try to tell her the cookies I want. She's been there for quite some time but her attitudes are becoming more and more extreme. After her attitude was so off putting I just left empty handed and honestly she didn't seem surprised in the least - perhaps she's used to turning off customers. Most of the staff are quite pleasant but unfortunately the bad apple is there most of the time. Hopefully if you go you get a different cashier.

The best bakery around!! Their cakes and baked goods are too die for, very friendly staff. I always pre-order their pizza dough, take it home, freeze and make our own home made pizza for weeks on end. The best pizza dough!

Been going there for a while, but seems like the care for customer is getting less and less. Not sure if the staff is over-worked or tasks are not divided as well but 8 people working 2 customers in store, and yet it takes several minutes before anyone can help you... and if the line ups are long, good luck. Staff have been pleasant up until recently where i've faced impatient service.

Great selection of baked goods and pastries. Wish they didn’t cram the box so much as these were a gift and some were smushed.
