As a small business owner I understand the challenges of consistently delivering quality product in a timely fashion with a competitive price. AAA Aluminum has always met or exceeded my expectations in this area and has been played a large role in the success of my company. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality product and supplier.
Update 2: just terrible... avoid if you care about your sanity. I initially gave this place a 1-star rating, and improved it to 3 stars after Steve the owner contacted me promising he'd sort out the problem. I now wish I could give it a negative rating. After initially promising to sort out the issue, Steve quickly changed his tune. He first tried to get me to send him the original contract, after I refused, he then asked me to propose a solution instead. I told him I'd like to pay for the cost of the repairs (mostly labour, there's isn't much material), so his company makes no profit and incurs no cost. He proceeded to call this unfair and selfish. Our exchanged texts are attached here for reference... I'm not sure what is going on with this business. The 2 people I spoke with both claimed to be the owner, and are both terrible to deal with... Update 1: The real owner of the business, Steve, contacted me quite promptly and offered to resolve the issue. I will provide an update once this is all said and done. Purchased house with patio cover installed. The patio cover is 5.5 years old, and cost 11k originally. The metal support beam has fallen off, and there are multiple water intrusion points. Called company owner to use the 20-year warranty, was told the warranty covers none of these. Owner wants to charge 150 just to come out and take a look, with no promise they can do anything. Absolutely would not recommend. I'd rather pay my local repair company to fix rather than give the money to greedy owner.
