I can't belive that this store remains in business with the this incompetenta staff. The manager of this store literally advised us to do things that go against rogers policy so that we would get get our device protection claim denied. I've been a roger customer for over 10 years. I've never had a claim on my account and yet due to the staff consistently not following through, advising against policy and blatantly lying to cover their ridiculous mistakes I am out a phone that should be fixed under my device protection plan and the staff could care less. Needless to say after these experiences I have no probelm severing a 10 year relationship with a company that allows its self to be run this way. My advice is to go absolutely anywhere else. Even Walmart will treat you better.

I was trying to call Rogers customer service and accidentally called Rogers in Port Elgin and dealt with Amber who was absolutely extremely helpful in helping me with my situation that I no longer needed to call Rogers customer service and also was able to get me a free tablet.... I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you Amber!!!

If i could have given a zero star review I would have. Absolutely disgusting service.. Michael is incompetent and should not be dealing with the public. I suffered horrible customer abuse in dealing with them. Thier lack of accountability for mistakes is completely unfair to the consumer
