Very happy. Put my order in over the phone. Told me they would ring back when it was ready to pick. Rang me 5 minutes later and it was good to be picked up. Great service in very difficult times.

This was my first time at Home Hardware as I could not find Home Depot in Port Elgin. Pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service of the friendly staff. I was looking for vinyl flooring. The associate patiently explained the difference between laminate and vinyl and showed the variety. Helped me choose the appropriate material. The room looked beautiful.
