I had a pleasant shopping experience here. What can I say these guys are in the business of selling vehicles and maintaining them. They know their customers and they work hard everyday maintaining and enhancing their reputation. And that free coffee does not hurt either I know of no other show room that has such a relaxed atmosphere. I may start hanging out there in my spare time.

Michael O'Brien did a great job of setting us up with our Explorer! He also helped facilitate a courtesy trade so our son could enjoy our old Escape! The process was smooth and went off well but with one hitch...which we discovered under the bumper! Bonus! Thanks Mike ;)

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Michael O'Brien on several occasions and have found his services both friendly, competent and professional. Mike takes the effort to research issues well, focusses on trying to help customers find the right fit regarding budget and needs, and he takes time to make sure the client has full disclosure as the sales process goes though the motions. I would highly recommend Mike if you want a fair purchase price and be treated well for the duration.
