Nice beach, with beautiful shallow water and soft sand. Compared to Southampton, the water is warmer and shallower which makes me think this would be an excellent spot for kids comparatively. The mistreatment of the dunes is saddening, particularly as we heard many locals say the beach was considerably narrower in past years. Despite this, the same people walked up and over the dunes, harming the vulnerable grasses. Because the beach was narrow it might be difficult to get a spot at peak times. We didn't notice if there were any facilities, as we stayed off the main beach.

Always a beautiful place to visit but now sustaining significant damage due to wave action and high water levels. Parking lot is currently almost unusable. The boardwalk to the washrooms had been almost entirely ripped out. Beach continues to get narrower. Lack of ice on the lake has meant there is no relief from wave action during high winds.
Nice small beach with just the right depth for younger kids. The water level was quite high this year and didn't leave much beach, but overall it was still a lot better than the bug commercial beaches like Sauble Beach.
Great beach clean facilities. Much quieter than some of the bigger beaches but just as awesome.
Beautiful place. It's a shame the water levels are so high at the moment, that there is no beach left. Just the parking area remains...
Beautiful, quiet, clean beach! What a nice place to watch a sunset.
I was there in late May, 2019. It's very quiet and peaceful. The sunsets are fabulous.
Went Monday morning and it was extremely quiet. Kids enjoyed themselves and we spent majority of the day relaxing. Washrooms close by along with an abundance of ammeneties.. Enjoy everyone!!
