This office deserves a better rating! I go here now because I find the service much better than at my family doctor's clinic. Dr Khalil is patient with me and actually listens - I find a lot of doctors roll their eyes and write you a prescription but I haven't found that to be the case here. The staff is friendly and helpful, I've yet to have a problem with this clinic. The phone appts have been super convenient for me and safer than coming in.

Dr Jackson is amazing, but expect to wait 1-1.5 hours even if you have an appointment. The scheduling is not done properly, nobody should wait an hour past the appointment time. Last time I checked, people get fired for showing up an hour late to meetings. We will look to find another doctor, and sadly miss Dr Jackson until they stop overbooking.

Will never visit again. After explaining in details my problem and trying to request ulrasound for my condition the doctor (you know whom I'm talking about) didn't even listen and ordered absolutely useless xray & blood test for my condition. Well that's what you get in \free\ socialised healthcare.

Dr Khalil and the staff there are amazing. He is my baby daughter's doctor and he is caring, helpful, friendly and all around exactly what you want in a doctor. I absolutely trust him with my daughter's care. The staff are friendly and helpful as well. I would recommend this clinic to anyone in PoCo.

Don't bother going to this clinic. They don't care about you. I just left there and they told me they were fully booked up all the while there was a doctor behind the counter doing nothing and no one in the waiting room. If that's what they call fully booked up then they need to find another job.
