I brought in my laptop @ 4:30 pm, he called me @ 6:20 pm and said it will be ready the next morning at 11 am - talk about quick turn around. I went to be a big box store and they said it was going to take 3-4 weeks - shop local!!! So glad I did and thankful for the professional and quick service

My faithful Macbook Pro died yesterday and wouldn't turn on. I took it to an Apple \genius\, who after working on it in the back for 5 minutes told me that it was \as good as a paper weight\, that it was a otoriously difficult model\ and that I should immediately go buy a new one. Distraught and desperate (and not wanting to drop 2000) I called an independent computer doctor (TriCity Computers), and the lovely owner fixed it in 30 minutes. It just needed to be cleaned and the parts tuned up. He was fast, compassionate and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this small business!!!
Enric was great! My MacBook Air had water damage to it, and after Apple's attempts at convincing me that I should buy a new one, I decided to see if it was repairable somewhere else. Within 24 hours, Enric diagnosed and fixed my Mac. He was professional and prompt. I'm so impressed! I usually don't write reviews, but am happily doing so now on my repaired laptop.
He likes what he is doing , I brought my daughter’s macbook after she dropped one cup of water on the keyboard, and he fixed it , his price half of what apple asked us.
Same day service! Hate to say that because once word gets out, TriCity Computers will be the go-to computer doctor and as it should be. Another local shop quoted me at least a month turn-around which is understandable shortly after the holidays during a period most people are working from home. From the first phone call with Enric he was extremely helpful, informative and happy to assist with my PC. I turned my PC on to find what is known as the 'blue screen of death' and reading forums for others who had experienced this I figured it was a goner. Enric took it in and with confidence said he could fix it and within three hours! I was shocked. He gave me the option to restore my data for an additional charge and I felt that it was a reasonable rate and went with it. Not three hours later I had my PC back and working like new! Previous to the blue screen I was having issues with the built-in Realtek wifi adapter; inconsistency where it would lose connection after 15 minutes or so. I purchased a Netgear adapter and all seemed fine, or so I thought. After getting my PC back from Enric I mentioned this issue as it was occurring with and without the Netgear adapter and he said to bring it back in for him to take a look. He did some quick work; disabling the built-in, testing the Netgear and he saw the connection was not consistent. He tested using one of his adapters from his stock and we had the results we were looking for. He let me have that adapter (thank you!) and three days later it is running like new with a stable connection. Five stars for the knowledge, quick fix and customer service!
