Staff is generally helpful, especially with returns, but there have been multiple times I've walked up to employees to ask for help, and I've had to wait 5 minutes (sometimes I've walked away) for them to finish their chat with a fellow employee. I understand if they're on break, or if they're discussing something important, but there was no \I'll be with you in one moment\ type of thing from the employees. Granted, they're usually more helpful than not.

Well today I was faced with 3 different home depots. They were all very helpful but one really stood out. Her name is Karen. She went above and beyond her job description. I was looking for something very specific. She did everything in her physical power to make that happen. Even looked at other stores for me. The other 2 were very helpful as well.
DO NOT purchase any appliance from this store. I bought a dishwasher there and it's been nothing but problems from the start. They say after 48 hrs it's not their problem anymore. I received my dishwasher and checked that it wasn't damaged. The installation service that I purchased from the HOME DEPOT didn't come to install the dishwasher until over 48 hrs.. the dishwasher did not power ON…guess what.. over 48 hrs it's not their problem anymore. I had to go back and forth between the store and LG to finally get someone to take care of this and LG decided to send me a new dishwasher.. 4 weeks later.. the new dishwasher broke. It's leaking from the door and steam is coming out of the top left side of the door. It destroyed my counter due to the extreme heat. I went to the store to ask if I can just return it because clearly after 2 dysfunctional appliance I've just about had it. And again they said I quote “after 48 hrs it's not our problem”. Well they are quick to take your money to sell you the appliance but don't want anything to do with it afterwards.. clearly that's not good customer service. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT purchase any appliances from this store. There are many other appliance stores in the area that provide good service unlike this store. I deeply regret buying this at this store.
We had our kitchen renovation designed by Home Depot. Jane Lee was our designer and we couldn't be more pleased with her services. She provided great advice and listened to our needs in designing our kitchen. We had an idea of what we wanted but Jane helped us come up with a design that we had not thought of. She was very attentive and coordinated all the services we needed. She even came in on her day off to ensure our cabinet order was properly placed with the company back east. She provided very good drawing of what the end result would look like and this really assisted us in seeing what was possible. She checked in at all the stages along the way and ensure we were happy with the progress. I would highly recommend using Home Depot for a kitchen renovation. We would absolutely recommend Jane Lee as a designer.
Looking for a replacement cartridge for my shower handle so I went to this home depot. Super friendly greeter named Dave I suggest I go straight to plumbing aisle. When I couldnt find help he walked me over to plumbing and paged someone. Got a hold of James who gave me a replacement under warranty. Super helpful staff 5 stars. They need to get credit for awesome service.
