The reason I picked TD bank and slightly Overpay for the services is because their branches work till 8pm (week days). It’s been over a year they shortened the hours and using Covid as an excuse is hilarious. Time to switch the bank I guess

Honestly, the worst experience I have ever had at TD. The staff are inexperienced and unwilling to give their clients the time of day. I booked an hour long appointment with them and not even 15minutes into the appointment, they tell us their next appointment is here and we would have to leave. Fine. So we come back. Unfortunately, the next person is inexperienced and honestly made me doubt their expertise. Go to another TD where people respect you, your time, and actually know what they're talking about.

They were going to hold a entire 540 because of a 4NSF fee & I have been with this branch for 7 years they told me I was overdraft but have money in the account & said it was because of PayPal but only owe 4 to my paypal which is being Transferred. Horrible service on TD’s behalf & I’m a loyal customer now thinking of switching to another Bank.
