Ben was very courteous and did a great job power washing all the concrete surfaces and windows around my house in Burnaby. Price is exactly as quoted plus GST. No surprises. Thanks for the good job! PS: they forgot to wash a part of the flower bed concrete blocks in the front yard. It’s no big deal but remember to check carefully when any work is done Added: Jan 2020 Noticed upper level windows were not really adequate (see photo). Next time I’d request cleaning the top level windows first so they can dry out and I can see any uncleaned areas Added: Dec 2020 I just noticed Spartan’s reply and am glad to see the response. Recently used Spartan to clean the siding of our warehouse structure. Great company, very easy to get a hold of and deal with. Tanner was very prompt in conducting the quote and providing info. He was able to arrange his guy to come in on a weekend to minimize impact to the work week. They did a superb cleaning job and the building looks new again! Thank you
Had my basement entry staircase and retaining walls power washed. It looks better than before. These guys are very professional and have multiple payment options including e-transfer. Going to get them to come back next year.
I contacted them late in the season for gutter cleaning and Tanner kindly accommodated me very quickly! On the day, they arrived on time and did a fantastic job.
