I brought my Mom here to find a comfortable pair of running shoes for her hard to fit feet. The staff is phenomenal. Knowledgeable, kind and patient. What great customer service. I hope the owner appreciates them because my family will return here for shoes in the future! Thank you :)

I purchased the latest Saucony Hurricane 22 runners in mid-August (194.95 tax) and they started falling apart after two months. I finally went in two weeks ago WITH my receipt and original box to see if there was something they could do about it. The manager was not only unhelpful, but was also condescending and offensive. He told me that he would not believe that these shoes were three months old had I not brought the receipt (aka I'm lying), and then asked if the receipt I had were indeed for those shoes. I was infuriated, but politely said that these shoes were the latest model that were released this summer, so yes, I was certain it was for these shoes. After more discussion where he proceeded to tell me how rough I was on my shoes, that I should not be running outside on the gravel trails (e.g. Colony Farms or the Coquitlam Crunch), and how I should \treat my expensive shoes with the respect they deserve\. I have never been so disrespected in a store before by a manager. He said he wouldn't do anything about the shoes themselves, but then told me that I was sold the wrong pair of shoes to begin with by his sales associate, and that I needed soles with more carbon on the bottom because I work out outside every day rain or shine. I'm sorry I'm not a running shoe engineer to know enough about the types of materials they use on the sole. He tried to sell me another pair of shoes that were 179.99 tax with a \major\ 40 discount. Unbelievable. Like I would buy anything from them again. Running Room has lost my business, and I will be sure to tell everyone about my experience there.
