Service from Prime Tech was prompt and efficient. My furnace quit on Sunday morning and by Monday evening I had a new furnace. Sam was friendly and very helpful in helping me make a decision about replacement. I would definitely recommend this company.
Hot water tank leaking and need for quick response. Chose this company because of eviews\ and was not disappointed. Sam was excellent and completed the installation of a new tank and removal of the old one in a quick and efficient fashion. As the client was a senior citizen, Sam went the extra mile and helped her with another issue that he identified and promptly attended to. An example of going above and beyond. Much appreciated. My 18 year old furnace stopped working. I contacted Sam and with his good advice we decided to go with a new furnace. They came early the next morning. Sam and his son Michael worked hard all day and finished in the afternoon. They cleaned the work area and also took the old furnace. Well done. I will highly recommend them. Thank you Sam and Michael
