We have been taking Roxy here for the last several years and the service is amazing. Friendly staff who are amazing with animals. Roxy has a heavy coat and they always do an amazing job at extremely fair prices. Roxy loves to spend time at the Pet Pawlour!

Excellent cuts excellent service. I've gone to a # of groomers over a 30yr span and this is by far the best experience I've had. Very patient with my I highly recommend bringing your puppy/ adult dog here.

Absolutely loved the groom that Leah did on my cat! Grooming cats can be very difficult but this finished product completely surpassed all expectations! I can't wait to see the job she is going to do on my dog! Thank you so much, my new groomer Leah, and FANTASTIC job!!! I will see you again soon.

Not sure what happened but the last few times we’ve sent our dog here, we’ve gotten charged increasingly more and more. We dropped our dog off yesterday and were charged an extra 10 for her fur being matted. They shaved her anyway so I’m not sure why they charged so much extra. It’s not like she got a trim and got layered or something... In addition, we discovered BLOOD all over our front seat of the car. It turns out she had a CUT from the grooming! Pretty disappointing and upsetting since we’ve never had big issues with this place besides the increasing prices. I’m fine with paying a bit more if it means helping out a local business but this time was a pretty terrible experience. Not sure if I will bring her back next time. Edit to add: They called us apologizing and offering to pay for medical bills if needed, which we were satisfied with. But after we hung up, they continued to privately text us saying how upset they were that we posted a negative review and they kept saying they would pay our dog’s medical fees if needed. If you’re on social media, expect to be reviewed. Also, how unprofessional to use your customer’s personal contact information in this manner. In response to the owner’s reply, I did not say ‘multiple times’. You charged us TEN dollars more. Get your facts straight. I’m not sure what professional business would use their customer’s number to text them a defensive response. Again, this is my point of view and opinion and if you opted to be on social media, you’ll get the good and the bad reviews. I also want to point out that anytime you get a bad review, it seems your response is always defensive instead of apologetic. So with that, I’m over this unprofessional situation that’s just becoming a childish argument of who said what. Good day.
