Took my mother here to get her hearing aids. The doctor was great, the prices are great. Customer Service is helpful and informative with a smile.
Customer Service here is terrible. 3 employees, 0 other customers and it still took an hour just to order a set of hearing aids. When every bill averages over 3000, you’d think they’d be a bit more organized here instead of being surprised to make a sale.
