Been buying meat from them for a while and almost every time they add 0.5-1 pound extra (so, obviously charge extra!) of ground beef, chicken etc... Today, bought beef trotters and asked them to cut into smaller pieces; they asked if \Are you going to eat them or what\ then refused out right saying \it is impossible\. I have bought beef trotters at other butcher shops and they would always do curry-cut pieces upon request! Not sure why it was so \impossible\ here ...so much for customer service! Won't deny, quality is decent but there are places that offer quality as well honest and good service!

Great service, good quality and very good prices. However, a heads up that you won't find any pork in this establishment for what I would consider to be obvious reasons.

First time going to this place I asked for a thicker cut of rib eye, which was on sale and the price ended up almost doubling. They charged me full price per lb instead of the sale price. While running the sale through the guy kept saying visa? And 4 times I told him interact. After getting my steaks I went straight home (less than 5 minutes away) pulled the steaks out and could immediately smell the meat. It was rotten. Getting my money refunded was a huge issue due to him running the sale through as a visa purchase. After several unpleasant conversations he agreed to refund my purchase and replace the steaks. The replaced meat wasn't worth the effort and was tough. The amount of wasted time and stress of getting my refund was way too much of a headache. I won't ever go back. The owner is rude and inconsiderate. Don't waste your money.
