Fantastic Service! Very Friendly and very Accommodating. Customer for 5 years.
Unfortunately not happy with the service. Brought my puppy in with a full coat of fur and when I picked him up he was completely shaved. When I asked why they said he was too knotty. Not the case we brush him almost daily with several different brushes.. even if it was the case a phone call would have been appreciated to let me know or ask my permission to do so. My poor fur baby came home a big traumatized. He has cried the last 3 days for no reason what so ever. I will not be returning. And my puppy looks terrible :(
Very impressed with the \look\ they gave our golden doodle. Special touches showed extra care was taken.
