I started working with the company three years ago and glad that I had the opportunity to do so. It's been a great experience working in the different homes like Lakeside Terrace with all the residents and management. The personal growth and being supported by management has been great. The residents are friendly and appreciate everything you do. Thank you to Supportive Living team for being there for people who just need a little extra help to make their life better. Supportive Living is a great place to work!

I was at a different home on Welland Street. Been here 18 years. The cooks are lovely and I eat good.I like the staff and the other residents. The staff are nice to me and like my family. We have fun together watching movie and tv. This is my home.

I started working at White House Lodge Supportive Living residence two months ago and what can I say? I have worked in many group homes but found SupportiveLiving.ca to be a large, welcoming company, offering so much opportunity to grow. My decision to leave the other group homes and work at SupportiveLiving.ca was solely based on the amazing support I received from their management team. It is a breath of fresh air to know my voice is heard and they are committed to my success. While my home base is White House Lodge, I was given the opportunity to travel to other Supportive Living residences. It gives me the chance to work with a diverse set of residents, with various diagnoses, enabling me to learn different ways of how to help them. I am also delighted to work with a new community in direct coordination with churches or food banks. My job is never boring and my work keeps me on my toes. I highly recommended working here. SupportiveLiving.ca is a great company invested in its staff, clients and residents!--Kenneth K

My wife and I moved in and it was a nice enough place with a latch on the inside of our door for privacy because the doors don't have looks. The staff said it had to be removed and have walked into our room without even knocking on the door. We pay 2200.00 a month for no cable for the TV in our room. Low protein and high carbs for food. Theft from our room and the staff yelling at other residents who aquse them of steeling makes this place a negative 3 on a scale of one to ten

I was at a Chippawa home but it closed down and I came here. It’s a roof over your head and I can come and go when I want. Staff is great, good cooks and everyone is supported. I help out with maintanance and picking up garbage too be busy. I made good friends here.
