DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY ARE TOTALLY UNRELIABLE. I made a reservation, on 9 December, for car rental (18 - 24 December) from Port Colborne (Ontario) location. I received confirmation on 10 December. On the day before the rental I received another confirmation. On the day of the rental, just an hour-and-a-half before I was due to pick up the vehicle, I received an email telling me that there was no car available!! A subsequent phone call to Kalina Elliot at their office proved useless and her attitude was one of complete disinterest to the predicament that their incompetence had caused. No compensation was offered, nor any alternative whatsoever. The lack of customer service was stunning. As I was on holiday from England, my whole itinerary was severely disrupted. IF I COULD, IWOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY MINUS STARS.
