I have been going here regularly for help with my chronic migraines which stem from many sources but were always aggravated by my current job which involves alot of lifting. My elbow had started to cause me discomfort recently, hurting even when I was not using it at home. I was surprised when my doctor suggested Acupuncture as a possible short term treatment. I had four treatments within two weeks, the first two helped the day of but the pain would come back. During the third treatment I felt almost a knot come loose in my arm. I had much better range of motion after this treatment and significantly less pain. I now only have a short sharp pain rarely at work whenever I have to lift heavier things and the most importantly the pain goes away with rest at home. Highly recommend trying even for short term ailments.

I saw a special Valentine's offer a couple of years ago and thought it's time to do something about my ever-decreasing mobility in my neck and an overall loss of strength. Several types of movements were just too difficult at that point. Within a short period of time, I felt like I had my life back. The range of motion that returned to my neck - which has two spots that are almost fused with arthritis - and the return of the ability to do most exercises that I was missing was remarkable. Dr. Salanki and his team use the Sigma instrument which avoids the more physical manipulation you might understand a chiropractor would use. This means the whole experience is quite gentle. I doubt there's anyone in The Niagara Region who offers a comparable level of experience and education. It's all part of a great care team that starts as soon as you walk in the door.

Been going here for many years. Started with headaches that no other doctor could figure, was given a whack of different prescriptions to try, none of them work. Then I decided to go try the Chiropractor. They figured out my issues right away and got to work. Turned out I had a few issues that showed up on my x-ray. Been 4 years since I started going, couldnt be happier with the treatment they provided and the staff there is very good.
