Picked up my custom order 2021 Panamera GTS recently. My experience with the dealership and my salesperson has been outstanding!. My salesperson, Leslie Wong, has been super helpful since the beginning of the journey. His expertise in the Porsche products really helps me with narrowing down my choices over car models and configuring the specs of the car to suit my needs. Leslie also keeps me informed with every single status update regarding the car from entering the assembly line, exiting the production line, leaving the port to finally arriving at the dealership. It was a pleasure to go through the entire process with Leslie and I would definitely come back to the dealership and have Leslie as my salesperson again for my next Porsche.
We have had our Cayenne serviced at North Toronto with Mark, and appreciate his polite, soft approach when dealing with complex mechanical issues. Mark and the Porsche team are true professionals which is clear with so many 5 star reviews. I have been in customer service for 20 years and can offer nothing to Mark, he has it all worked out. Received great service from Lorrie Lam with regards to my warranty extension. Initially started the process with another Porsche dealer but the service was not great and I was getting conflicting information. I reached out to Lorrie at Porsche Centre North Toronto and she was great. The messaging from her was consistent from start to finish. She knew what could and could not be done and the various options available to me. She was professional and quick to respond to questions over mail and readily available over the phone when needed. Thank you Lorrie for getting my warranty extension sorted!
Through a referral, l had the pleasure of dealing with Victor and ended up purchasing a Cayenne. He was super easy to deal with and very patient to answer all my questions. He also did a follow up phone call to check-in with how I was enjoying the vehicle and to answer any further questions I may have. The other team members - Michelle and Wendy - were also amazing. I cannot say enough good things based on my experience.
When purchasing a Porsche one tends to expect engineering excellence and professionalism from the sales staff. Our recent experience at Porsche North Toronto with Victor and his supporting staff even exceeded those expectations. None of the old fashioned sales games just a good exchange with a highly knowledgeable and very thorough professionals. No pressure during the after sales process. All in all a pleasant experience with very thorough COVID protocols.
Look no further! We showed up on a Saturday without any expectations. Bill made us feel very comfortable. Highly knowledgeable and answered all of our questions while making us feel at ease with the process. Not once did he try to upsell us and told us that you will get better value with purchasing a certain model. They fixed and made every accommodation possible with our new vehicle all the while throwing in an amazing gift to go with it. Lorrie, the financial guru, walked us through the paperwork and made sure we were getting not only the best deal, but best value and no upselling was had by her either which is something I have experience with every vehicle purchase I have ever made. Wendy gave us a very informative tutorial to make us familiar and comfortable behind the wheel. Overall, with absolute no bias, this had to have been the best customer service I have ever received across all mediums. I cannot wait to purchase another vehicle from this dealership! Thank you for making it an enjoyable and memorable experience for my wife and I.
