Although it was during covid times and was only able to curbside pick up the experience was a positive one. The female clerk was very accommodating while speaking to her over the phone while I was outside. She went above and beyond and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Top notch customer service in a difficult environment. I appreciate her patience with me also. I'll definitely be back.

The service is outstanding! Bought supplements off the online site but it turns out that they were sold out of the particular protein powder I wanted. However, it did not stop Harris (Windsor location) and Eric (London location) from going above and beyond with their customer care to deliver the products I needed. They worked WITH me and made sure that my health came first rather than the sale, which I greatly respect. This is the quality I should expect each time I go to Popeyes supplements.
