This place seems like it has a range of really helpful professionals, but sadly trying to get through the receptionists/booking procedure and to get advice on who to see felt almost impossible. I give up! It really seems like a lot of the reviews are struggling with this aspect too so I hope whoever reads these can put in a suggestion to work on that.

I spent an hour looking for an ENT specialist on line. Dr. Saliba's name and clinic was among the 3 best specialists in Montreal. After reading about his history of work and his colleagues in his clinic, I was happy that I finally found a place to call for an appointment for both my son and I. Unfortunately the google reviews and the owner's respond to so many unsatisfied patients stopped me from calling your centre. So many one star and complaint about your receptionist says a lot about your management skills and your own professionalism. Then I read the patient's review who refused to accept his operation in your private clinic. Your respond was out of this world! wow! That was enough for me to know that I will be better off to deal with my pain on my own. I just write this to thank those patients who take time to write their experiences with doctors. We are really suffering for the lack of doctors with consciousness and professionalism in what they are sworn for. God bless all those little number of doctors who became doctors out of love for human. And for not money, prestige and power.

I went to see an ENT doctor with my grand ma for her ears at la Polyclinique ORL et specialites medicales and we had a great experience. I really do not get the bad reviews, Dr Saliba was perfect, such an experienced and charming doctor, the receptionists were perfect and the audiologists were perfect. All in all, we saw 3 hearing care professionals at la PCV and we were VERY satisfied with the service we received and my grand ma hears again!
