To begin with it was a mistake not to buy my Lexus at this dealership but I covered up mistake by getting the car inspected at this facility. Their service was nothing short of my extreme satisfaction. Thanks to service team, Robin Rolleri was extremely kind and professional to my inquiries and to facilitate my overall experience. Post inspection I met service manager Mr. Philippe Cardinal and he explained minor details to comfort my purchase that wasn’t even at his dealership. Parts counter gentleman was extremely polite and gave me price and information for everything that I inquired. Great place to be at when you want to service your vehicle or purchase one! If you're planning on getting a Lexus, you have to come to this place. Gerard had me sold the second I spoke to him on the phone. At our first appointment, he had the car ready and let us try it solely by ourselves, it was the slickest move a sales person could do. Not only that, he's super nice, knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy, patient, and he gives extremely competitive prices. To top it off, I got a free lift to the dealer the day I had to pick up my car. Lucas, the driver and service coordinator, was perfection personified.
