They really help! The front desk receptionist there is super sweet and tries her best to help you. It's a bit hectic but understandable since this is one of the only clinics for travel testing and they have to cater to hundreds of appointments a day. Got everything done no problems!

Juliana, one of the receptionists at Securimed, provided exceptional service and helped my grandmother get a Covid test in a very timely manner. She was efficient, professional, very informative and kind. Securimed sent the results in under 35 hours. Juliana really saved the day, we were very short on time and we needed that test asap for travelling.
Got an appointment for Covid-19 test in 24 hours, received very professional care and a result (negative ) the day after as promised. I highly recommand.
Receptionist was great and I got my results in 24 hours. However, when I specified a request that my letter include a declaration that the Securimed lab is either ISO 15189 accredited or is recognised or approved by the government of Quebec/Canada (a requirement for my country), it was ignored and I could not get in touch with the specified 418 number. I was denied boarding, had to rebook my flights, and get myself a new COVID test. Book your COVID test ahead of time with dynacare or other labs specified on the Quebec website (Securimed is partnered with dynacare but it's just an extra thing to prove at the airport - just avoid all grey areas where possible).

Le 23 décembre, j'ai fait mon test de covid avec securimed et je n'ai jamais eu mon résultat, endommageant mon voyage que j'ai dû reporter .. et pour ma demande de remboursement de mon argent (175 CAN).... jamais reçu aucun réponse Sont pas professionnelles
