CLOSED for GOOD. 2018. Great place for tires. Awesome selection for my light truck as well as my sports car. Uhaul depot. Took 2 hours to put 4 new tires on my truck though.

Last visit to shop was a very unpleasant experience. Made appointment on monday to get winter tires on for Friday @8 - arrived on time for appointment along with 5-6 other people. Totally unorganized counter staff, someone had not came in to work so there was only one person on counter. He was very stressed and did not get the people who had booked appointments in first - he went with first come, first serve. My vehicle was brought to middle of yard ready to go in to bay for over 1/2 hr running! I as well heard the counter saying unpleasant things about staff who was not in, I understand that causes problems in any work environment but not ok to voice the displeasure in front of customers. My vehicle was finally done @ 10:15. The mechanics there are the best - I have been going to Paul D for over 6yrs and will always go where he is but I will assume not all customers would stay based on the experience I had
I generally don't write reviews, but I felt I had too after my experience with Provincial Bandag. I went in on November 15th and ordered a set of winter tires that cost around 750. The representative that took my information said it would only be a few days. I did not receive any phone call, so I followed up a week later and they said my tires were not in. I continued to follow up for THREE weeks. They kept telling me that they did not come in yet. Finally, after three weeks, they said my tires were in. I dropped my vehicle off at 1:30 and they told me they would be done in a hour and a half. I showed up two hours later to see that they never even touched my vehicle. When I questioned them about it, they didn't even know that tires I had ordered! After some investigation, a manager had found out my tires had been in for 2.5 weeks and I had been driving through snow storms with my all season tires. I was very not impressed with their attitude when speaking with my partner and I. I would not recommend getting any service from this business. Very rude and unorganised.
Fredericton location now closed permanently! Friendly, with reasonable prices, helpful staff, and full mechanical services. Now under new ownership.
This is the only place in Fredericton I go for tires, period. Tried others, won't any more. Excellent service, excellent deals
This is a family own company that as always tried to deliver the best service possible and will try to help anybody in trouble.
