My wife and I had McKerlie Kitchen and Bath renovate our kitchen and powder room in the winter of 2017, and were so happy with every part of the process that we returned to them for a major bathroom renovation that wrapped up at the beginning of 2019. They exceeded our expectations on both projects, and would recommend them to anyone in search of a top of the line renovation experience. Their designer Jessica took all of our ideas and visions and returned to us with an easy to understand and beautiful plan for each of those rooms. Aaron, Jordan and Dave took those plans and made them into a reality; they worked hard every day, communicated with us every step of the process, kept our house cleaner than we imagined possible, and took good care of our dog throughout the job. They provided feedback and suggestions throughout the project and ensured that the final product was as incredible as the plans were. Their owner Tom ensured that any of the subcontractors on site were up to his, and our, standards, and made sure that any minor issues were dealt with promptly and that the whole project kept moving despite the surprises that lurk behind the walls of a 70 year old house. I wish I could give them six stars, I can't think of a single complaint we had through two major renovations. They have transformed our entire house, and we'd recommend them without hesitation.

Unfortunately I have to give out a poor review. I never like doing this but perhaps after reading this, the company can do better for another customer. Oct 10 I had an initial meeting with their designer. She was friendly, and listened to all of my ideas and concerns for my kitchen. I was excited about working together for the upcoming project. And as she left, I was told it would be two weeks for the design and estimates. Two weeks come and go and I haven’t heard from the designer. I give them the benefit of the doubt... perhaps they were really busy. Oct 29 I email to follow up. I hear back only to be told that early next week I should have the design and estimates. Nov 12 I email to follow up again. This time I have no response. Nov 29 I call, and am told by the end of the week I will get my design. Still nothing. Finally, after going to the office physically after waiting over 2 months for my design, they print me off a copy. Still no estimates. Needless to say I am not going back. I would’ve appreciated a bit better service such as; having the designer following-up with me instead of me having to reach out all the time. I would’ve appreciated some apology and also some reason as to why MY estimate and design was taking so long. Better or rather any ommunication from the designer and company would’ve been appreciated.

Poor customer service and excessively over priced. They wanted to charge over 10,000 dollars for less then 8 linear feet of upper and lower cabinets plus vanity. What a sham. I have priced out 3 other suppliers at 40% cheaper than this ridiculous company.
