Great service. We had a dishwasher and taps installed and it can be difficult to find a plumbing service for these smaller jobs. Ryan was friendly and professional. The quality of the work was outstanding.
Had a toilet problem come u today and I called Bluewater plumbing... There were here within an hour or so and problem was fixed. Service person was friendly and professional...did a great job. So nice to have such efficient and friendly service. Well done...
Noooo. They told me they know what to do with this house because they were here before (do you care to discuss it with me)--they forgot to mention they were asked to leave at that time because the former homeowner found their work damaging and refused to pay. They sent two people (one just stood there)--this young man kept talking and talking--I told him just deal with the storm drain and that is all I care about. He just would. not leave and kept talking. (they billed me for 8 hours after the fact). You have no idea how much they are charging--how much time--you have to sign they did the work and they mail an insane bill. When I called after and asked why the second person was there--I always send two people. Yes, but why? He changed the sump pumps and only told me after--actual working time and the bill they send you is highly suspect (I could not get this guy to leave and he talked for 30 m after they were done--and I found out after I was getting billed for that (and driving time). They stained the front porch concrete with rust coloured whatever that has been there over a year. Very different then the Bluewater plumbing of 20 years ago. Friends don't let friends call Bluewater plumbing. Interesting there is 5 star ratings and the other extreme of 1 star. Hmmm.
