Great customer service! I got two keys cut but neither of them worked, so I took them back and they gave me a refund while still getting new two new keys. They were all very pleasant to speak with (even joking around with me and my husband). I'll definitely be supporting this local business as much as I can going forward. I'm fairly new to the area so this was my first experience with this company and even though I had to go twice due to the keys not working, they handled the situation amazingly!

Poco building supplies is the preferred supplier for Element Comfort Solutions. They offer bulk pricing on all our fasteners, extensive lumber yard and helpful friendly staff. Head over before considering the box stores that never have what's needed to complete a professional installation. We highly recommend them.

From the initial planning stages, until completion, Jake and the staff at POCO Building supplies were there to help guide me through each phase of my backyard deck project. I really appreciated the advice, and always felt Jake had my best interests in mind. In fact, Jake never \steered\ me towards one product over another, but rather gave me all of the pro's and con's, so I could make an informed decision. He also was able to give me tips and techniques that made the project go much smoother. Although their pricing was very competitive, the lasting impression for me was the friendly staff in the yard, at the checkout, and the delivery driver. It was my first time dealing with a local hardware store, and I'll definitely be using POCO Building supplies for my future projects.
