I was looking for a specific rubber replacement part for my commercial hand wash sink. I went to Lowe’s and Home Depot but couldn’t find it, then I came here. What a gem of a find! Tucked away in a corner, the back was a pleasant surprise. The gentlemen that helped me was informative, patient, and extremely professional. He found the part in no time and what would have cost me 3 elsewhere, he said that it was only 0.50 and waived the fee entirely. It’s no wonder this store has been around for over a couple of decades given the specialized expertise, generosity, and wide array of parts it carries, and attractive price point (even though I didn’t end up paying a cent). I know for a fact if any of my commercial or residential plumbing needs arise in the future, this will be my go-to location and happily support their business. Highly recommended!
I was looking for a very niche parts of a very old spout diverter and went through home Depot, Lowe's and Rona but couldn't find it. Then a staff called Jaggy from home Depot were able to give me an advice for visiting this place to find what I need and I FOUND IT!! Took 4 days to find it but I highly recommend trying this place if you can't find what you need in a major home centres.
