The food was pretty good. Place was also pretty nice.

Our preferred spot when travelling internationally. They’ve got craft beer on tap, and an assortment of Asian entrees including Japanese curry, soup noodles and congee. Remember that Visa Infinite cardholders get 10% off the admission fee if you pay with that card. We prefer Premium Lounges because you can make the decision on the day of arrival if you want to enter unlike the airline lounges that require advanced purchase for the passes.

Disappointed. Maybe due to COVID-19, there were only few food (pasta, rice and soup) served and taste was not great for me. Few drinks- juice/coffee and booze. Worth of U32? Definitely not. Staff are very friendly and great however I could not finish any of two food simply because it was not tasty. I was expecting buffet style food choices. Hope it gets better as pandemic goes over.

Staff are always smiling and seem friendly but do not approach leaving you to your privacy. You get a view of the terminal as it is located on a second floor, looking down on the terminal through glass windows. People mention the small buffet, but usually going to Delta lounges (domestic) I found it pretty similar, unless you go to the larger places like... lax. Selection is about the same (for example Minneapolis), though there is just one buffet... so I can see it getting cramped. Amenities in bathroom are regular bathroom like without the higher end soaps and such. There are shower facilities which is nice.

I’ve been to 20 lounges. This was easily the worst. I hope it’s because of covid, because it was baaaad. The only free food was curry, rice and scrambled eggs (at noon). A muffin cost 2 extra. They had to have an extended discussion if they were allowed to give me a to-go cup for my latte. It ended up being black coffee instead of a latte. Never pay for this lounge.

Decent for a North American airport lounge. Not sure how but I was brought to the VIP area. That was nice.

First time lounge experience with priority pass. Quite decent. If I have to pay full price I would expect a bit more, but as a credit card perk it's definitely worth it. Hot food and friendly staff.

Great lounge to grab breakfast and a few coffees. Always enjoy their salad options. They have showers too. Would recommend especially if getting to airport early. The lunch is great too Go to the larger one on the West Jet side. Much better!
