Not bad if you compare this to the one in Toronto. I would never say that this lounge is great but for sure enough room and descent breakfast food. My one complaint is with the staff working in the front, she was hard to understand and assured us that for some reason we could use the pass 6 times, when I asked her are you sure she just nodded and smiled. I decided to check, of course she was wrong.

Best place to relax in the airport while waiting for the flight. My family really enjoyed. Staffs were more friendly, have great customer service. Lounge was neat and clean, maintained well. When compare other restaurants at airport it was worth the price. Highly recommended for frequent flyers. Like to come back again n again.

I’ve used this lounge as well as the lounges in Toronto and Vancouver before - unfortunately the standard has dropped. The food especially was extremely disappointing- the French toast was dry and the eggs were stale. Overall the standard needs to be improved, it def used to be better.

I was looking forward to visiting the premium plaza lounge before my departure after receiving some good referrals, however my visit turned out to be considerably less than what was advertised. I took 15 minutes to get a beverage as there was only one attendant to work the front counter, bar and food area. Second issue was no food. I heard great things about the food, but the trays were empty when we were there, along with all the deserts. Help did arrive after 1/2 hour and some desert was put out, but was promptly consumed by the other passengers waiting for food. Finally after about 45 minutes 1 of the trays of hot food was replenished, Getting a second beverage proved challenging as they had run out of glasses and again were short staffed. At one point, a customer and former bartender, hopped behind the counter to teach the girl there how to reduce the line and how to still pour a drink when there was no shot glass for measurement. (2 second count). We thank that individual as it allowed us to at least get a drink before our flight left. Although we received the spice rum and coke in coffee cups, at least this individual kept the line moving. Overall, food was good when it showed up, atmosphere was nice and I would like to give this lounge a second chance. I do however feel that I should be reimbursed for the lounge pass that I had used during this visit.

Just finished using the lounge. I was able to.do.so due to a promotion. Food was good, staff were grand. Definitely received a return for my money. Will definitely consider using this lounge in future. Thank you!!

This was a great way to spend the time since our flight was delayed. The staff was lovely. A shout out to “Hardaman”as he was a great sever and very friendly. The food could be better. But we came for the wine and the atmosphere and comfortable seating!

Extremely disappointing experience. We arrived in the domestic Premier Lounge an hour before closing to find most of the buffet was shut down. All the food served on ice like the salads and fruit were were removed. Sandwiches were limited and only available on request. Even the cookies had been removed from the counter. The only available food were oranges and apples. I would NOT recommend this lounge.
