It's very nice. Not too small. Clean & modern. Good food. Relaxing respite. Shower facilities to freshen up after or before a long flight (for example if you checked out of your hotel at noon, and your flight out of Toronto is at 9 PM, you can shower prior to your flight so you're fresh!)

At the time of writing, renovations were currently being done but the lounge was still very good and functional. Food selections were hot and delicious. The food trays were regularly swapped or refilled with new ones right from the kitchen. They had adequate choices for dessert. Alcoholic and hot and cold beverages were always available. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, particularly Staff member Amparo, who explained to us the amenities of the lounge and showed us around. It’s a good place to recharge and relax before your next flight. Would highly recommend to other travelers.
This temporary lounge was just good enough. I look forward to the new location. It is a bit tight in terms of space but it has a decent bar. Check-in as usual is a bit cumbersome for members - I would suggest they streamline the process a bit if possible as the time it takes to check in each person generates quite a bit of a wait. Food quality was decent. They only had Molson Canadian on draft and I wish they had a slightly wider selection. Staff kept busy ensuring the place was tidy and very helpful when we needed some flight info.
This is a LARGE lounge for being a priority pass lounge! The food is good(not great,not terrible). The staff is friendly! The shower is a queuing system and if you plan on using it, ask right away and get in “line” via the front desk. They are open late which is nice. Photos as of September 2018.
A very nice experience I have in the Lounge. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. Non stop walking and doing small talk to all the Guest. One of the staff named Amparo always makes sure the guests are well taken care off. She welcomes you with a very good smile. Very good ambiance and the food is perfect for those who are in a hurry and miss dinner. And I think in any time of the day also.
Nice lounge. Good good and drink options included rather than paying at the restaurants outside. Shower facility too. Somedays a mad rush lineup, but pretty calm today
Small tucked away lounge in the international departures terminal. Limited beverage and food choices but generally kept up well and tidy.
I find all the Plaza Longes pretty similar. The food was good, the seats comfy, and the plugs plentiful. The only thing I didn't see was hard liquor or wine, which was odd.
