I bought my first car and Carl was great. He was super friendly and knowledgeable, and did his best to make myself and my dad feel sure about the car, and did not pressure us at all. Great experience with him and I’m very happy :)

We bought a car here because we NEEDED the car and my husband really wanted the car they were selling on lot but the service here was horrible. We ended up going to two Kia's one located in Toronto because I liked a car on the lot, manager offered me a certain amount for the the car I was driving at the time ( trade in ) so we ended up going back to Plaza Kia with the amount the manager wrote on a card and the manager from Plaza Kia pretty much said we were lying and that he had called the manager at the other location and we were the ones who wrote the amount on the card. Not true, the manager Jorge from the Toronto location is the one who wrote it. I would not recommend buying at this location, research other Kia dealers

Surprised I have only done this now. I have never had such amazing customer support ever. Let alone from a car company. My next car regardless of my budget will be a Kia. In my opinion best car when it comes to value for money and with service that I get from kia plaza it's a no brainer
